Very well illustrated and including a wealth of informative sketches and plans, the book takes the form of a step by step guide to each of the stages of construction from initial idea through to finish painting and setting into the scene. The book gives the background to Pete's various award winning layouts and also covers figure modification and painting and the effective placing of miniature populations into the scene.
