Mike Lloyd's constant interest in the Tanat Valley dates from 1948. His research has since involved many site visits, surveys and much correspondence culminating in an attractive volume which recalls the line's history, route, structures, signalling, locos and rolling stock, operation and details of the quarries served.
This book is not only illustrated with a wide range of photographs, but a wonderful collection of scale drawings of structures, locos and rolling stock all painstakingly prepared by the author.
